Their intial targets are the natives so they have concentrated there, but they will send random attacks on the Federation outposts and resorts. They use non-lethal weaponry only...and ALWAYS capture enemies. Never killing them. You'll have to Wiki info on the skinnies..but the info on planets are on this site.
So..back to Pluto.....

After everyone reachers the surface Radios will work at 100%. They ahd noticied a rise in heat signatures, eggs had began hatching all at ocne in certain areas.
The end resault is a toatal evacuation followed by a complete fleet bombardment.
Pluto will no longer be a planet..or planatoid for that matter. Just hunks of ice and rock.
